This cartridge is typically used for coarse juice filtration. The user is able to see the condition of the filter. Depth filter cartridges are used for relatively coarse filtration from 50 micron down to 0.5 micron.

The 28 Series plastic filter housings have been designed for use in a wide range of liquid applications within the processing industry.

Most standard industrial disposable filter elements will fit this attractive range of filter housings. The Cartridge Filter will accept the industry standard Double Open End range of cartridges and this model also accepts Single Open End code 9 cartridges.
