This press is designed and built to exactly the same rigorous standards, by the same master craftsmen, as our other cross beam presses, but with slightly different materials so we can offer at a slightly lower price. Solid steel construction throughout ensures a press that will give many years of service and the cross beam mechanism means you'll get a greater juice yield than a spindle press.

Note: Apples must be crushed into a pomace before pressing. See 'How To Crush Apples' and 'Crushers and Mills' for further info.
This press is very easy to clean and requires minimal care. After use, hose down with clean water, dry with a fresh cloth and then lubricate the press mechanism with a little food grade grease. It really is as simple as that!
