The most refined small cream separator on the market

The electric cream separator Milky FJ 130 Stainless is the newest evolution of the Milky FJ 130 series. It keeps the original model's proven performance while introducing a significant upgrade in materials and design: a fully stainless steel body, including the motor housing base.

In addition, this machine also comes with an extra set of stainless steel discs alongside the standard aluminum discs already installed in the separator. This means the customer receives two complete sets of discs: one aluminum set pre-installed in the machine and one additional stainless steel set included separately.

This makes the machine not only more durable but also visually and functionally superior, especially for professional kitchens, boutique dairies, and production spaces where equipment design matters as much as performance.

Its polished chrome-silver finish gives it a clean, modern, professional appearance that integrates seamlessly into high-end food production environments.

The standard anodized aluminum discs inside the drum and highly durable.

By “anodized discs,” we refer to aluminum discs that are coated with a special protective oxide layer of approximately 14 micrometers. This layer prevents the aluminum from reacting with the acidity of milk and significantly reduces direct contact between the metal and the product.
The aluminum drum and internal discs are therefore anodized, meaning they are protected by a stable oxide coating that helps prevent oxidation and corrosion. As a result, anodized aluminum is widely used in food-processing equipment, as it offers much greater durability and chemical resistance compared to untreated aluminum.

LED Speed Indicator – intuitive operation

One of the key innovations remains the LED speed indicator.
No guessing, no timing uncertainty. Simply wait until the indicator turns green, then the machine is ready for milk processing.

Even more advantages

The Milky FJ 130 Stainless preserves all technical strengths of the original version while improving durability, hygiene, and aesthetics.

100% stainless steel body:

  • Fully made of stainless steel, including the base housing
  • More resistant to mechanical impact and long-term wear
  • Fully corrosion-resistant and moisture-safe
  • Easier to clean and sanitize

This upgrade significantly extends the lifespan of the machine and makes it more suitable for intensive daily use

Proven separation technology

Inside the drum, the machine still uses:

  • Anodized aluminum disks
  • Protective 14-micron anodized coating preventing acidification from milk
  • High-efficiency separation system identical to the previous model

With this separator, you can produce cream, sour cream, and low-fat milk, with additional dairy products possible depending on your processing setup. It is suitable for separating milk from cows, goats, sheep, camels, and other dairy animals, while all food-contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel and anodized aluminum for safe and hygienic processing.

Maintenance:

Designed with fully corrosion- and moisture-resistant materials, the unit is built to remain stable and maintain its properties even in environments with constant exposure to moisture. At the same time, proper drying before assembly is still important, ensuring the equipment is handled correctly during setup. While the device is protected against direct water ingress, care should always be taken to prevent any water from entering the unit, especially in areas containing the motor and electrical components.
