Manufactured in the Czech Republic by Vares, this hydraulic fruit press boasts food-grade stainless steel construction throughout, with a 3mm thick steel pressing basket and a 6mm pressing plate. With an 18 litre basket volume, this press is the same capacity as one full vessel of the Fruit Shark mill.
Additionally, this hydraulic fruit press is incredibly easy to handle, thanks to its upper cross beam that eliminates the need to remove the jack to reset the press.

Easy to clean, simply hose down with fresh water after use and dry with a clean cloth. Lubricate the non-food contact metal parts with food grade grease; this will also inhibit corrosion of these parts.
Store in a clean, dry place.
