29mm gold crown caps for capping of champagne style bottles prior to secondary fermentation. These caps have an integrated bidule to assist with the accumulation and removal of the yeast plug when disgorging.
Caps are made from corrosion resistant tin-plated steel (E4/E4), with a low density polyethylene bidule. The external surface of the cap is coated with a polyester/acrylic varnish to resist water, wine and abrasion.
