'Standard Parcel' orders are under 100kg and delivered in cartons to the areas identified below.

These orders will be delivered by FedEx or DPD. FedEx / DPD dispatches may be tracked online – see your invoice for information.

Note: If your order is a 'Standard Parcel' you will receive the option of a next working day delivery (charges apply, must be ordered before Noon Mon - Fri). If selected on weekends or Bank Holidays your order will be dispatched on the next working day on an overnight service (applies UK mainland excl. Scottish Highlands). See below.

Rest of British Isles

These orders are under 100kg and delivered in cartons to the areas identified below. Carriers charge extra for delivering to the areas identified below. Every effort is made not to pass on the full amount.

* Items over 1m in height incur £95 delivery charge for Northern Ireland.

Ladder Orders

'Standard delivery' to a UK Mainland address (exc. Scottish Highlands) is free of charge and is 3 working days from dispatch date. For Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands and non UK Mainland areas please call for a quote.

'Large Item / Pallet' orders consist of one or more large items delivered to the areas identified below. These items will be delivered on one or more pallets, dependent on the number of large items ordered. Packing and securing large items to a pallet takes time; to ensure your goods arrive in excellent condition the prices below include a handling fee. This fee is applied cumulatively if ordering more than one large item. The cost of packing and delivering goods on a pallet is considerably higher than the cost of delivering a standard parcel therefore carriers charge us extra costs for delivering to the areas outside of mainland England, Wales & lowland Scotland. Every effort is made not to pass on the full amount. The charges represented here do not cover the full cost of delivery.

We will contact you to arrange a delivery date prior to despatch. The delivery lorry will have a tail-lift facility to lower the pallet from the bed of the lorry onto ground level. Please allow 5 working days between order and delivery date.
