This handy frame supports our bag-in-box bags and pouches and includes a tap closing tool to make filling easy. Our 3 litre pouches and 5, 10 and 20 litre bag in box bags will fit to the frame reducing mess and saving time. The hinged hand lever allows for easy closing of the bag taps, which is otherwise difficult to do by hand.
Please note: we recommend that the support is screwed to a wooden base (not included). Full instructions are supplied. Please see Specification 'tab' for full instructions and materials to make a simple wooden base.
- Secure the tool to a wooden base (full instructions supplied for a simple wooden base - see Specification for materials required)
- Slot the lower flange of the bag neck into the 'C' shaped holder
- Remove the tap of the bag
- Fill the bag to appropriate level
- Push top of bag to expel air
- Replace tap and push in one click
- Push down hinged lever to drive tap fully home
- Screw holes in base to enable screwing to a wooden base (full instructions supplied for a simple wooden base - see below for materials required)
- 'C' shaped holder to slot the lower flange of bag neck into
- Hinged hand-ever to close the tap of the bag
