Pack Presses

The pack press, also known as a rack and cloth press, is a traditional pressing method often used by commercial cider producers. Provided your fruit is crushed to a good consistency, you can expect a much greater juice yield from the pack press when compared to our spindle and cross beam models. As much as 75% juice by weight is possible with high quality, ripe fruit and good preparation.
