An inexpensive and easy-to-use instrument for measuring the specific gravity (sugar content) and potential alcohol content of cider, wine and beer. Used throughout the fermentation process, the hydrometer measurements will indicate when the cider is ready for racking and, later, for storage.
- Clearly calibrated glass hydrometer in a plastic storage container.
