The Speidel fermentation and storage barrel (UF) can also be called universal barrel. Its use is incredibly multifunctional. It is mostly used for fermentation and storage, but can also be used for blending and transportation of liquids.

You will be amazed how versatile this barrel really is. It is also very easy to clean due to its high quality surface and overall outstanding quality. No chemicals should be needed, only warm, clean water, though a steriliser such as VWP can be used, if desired.

After use, wash the inside of the container, all seals and parts with clean, warm water. Chemicals should not be needed; however you can add a steriliser such as VWP if desired.
