Tips for Better Butter:
Cream Ripening: After separating the cream from the milk, refrigerate it for 1-3 days to allow it to ripen.
Optimal Ripening Temperature: In summer, the ideal ripening temperature is 5-8°C, while in winter, it should be 8-10°C.
Processing Temperature: For the best results, process the cream when it reaches a temperature of 14-16°C.
Getting Started:

1. Before the first use, wash the container with a 2% soda solution, rinse, and dry it.
2. Wipe the electrical drive unit with a damp cloth and dry it.
