This product has anodised aluminium discs inside the drum plus very durable high quality polycarbonate making this model one of the best cream separators on the market.

Anodised disks means disks are made of aluminium and will not acidify under the influence of milk because they are covered by special 14 micrometre film.

With this device you can make cream, sour cream and low fat milk at home. 

Suitable for use with cow's milk as well as goat, sheep and many others.

All parts which contact the food are made of high quality polycarbonate and anodised aluminium.
