The FJ15 is Milky’s smallest pasteuriser which is ideal for small scale food processors and micro dairies.
This multifunctional machine can also be used to make yogurt and cheese.
The FJ15 benefits from an additional thermometer to measure milk temperature, easy to read digital display, removable container which makes the fj15 both easy to clean and easy to use.
