The Milky FJ15 Milk Pasteuriser is a compact, professional‑grade stainless steel pasteurising machine designed for micro‑dairies, small food producers and artisan cheesemakers. Advanced Electronic Control Panel

The intuitive control panel allows precise control over the pasteurisation process:

• Temperature control: Set and maintain the exact temperature required. Includes an additional thermometer for double‑checking accuracy.
• Time control: Holds the milk at the selected temperature for the required duration. Automatically switches off the heater when the cycle is complete.
