A smart Milky pasteuriser that can pasteurise any kind of milk or simply make natural products like cheese.
The FJ30 milk pasteuriser machine by Milky is constructed of stainless steel 304 and has a container capacity of 29 litres.
The FJ30 is one of Milky’s smaller pasteurisers which is ideal for small scale food processors and micro dairies this multifunctional machine can also be used to make yogurt and cheese. Heating from 4°C to 94°C takes no longer than 74 minutes with its 3.2kW heater.
Electronic control panel allow user to set:
1. Temperature. Will reach and hold the desired temperature.
2. Time. Set time to required pasteurising time. Once this is complete the heater will switch off.
The FJ30 benefits from an additional thermometer to measure milk temperature, easy to read digital display, removable container which makes the FJ30 both easy to clean and easy to use.
The FJ30 also has a built in water jacket to help eliminate wastage through milk burn.

Cleaning the Milky FJ 30 involves draining the machine, disassembling removable components, and thoroughly cleaning all surfaces that come into contact with milk using appropriate food-safe cleaning agents.
BEFORE CLEANING MAKE SURE THAT THE PASTEURISER IS SWITCHED OF, DISCONNECTED FROM THE MAIN SUPPLY AND COOLED DOWN (CONTAINER AND MEDIUM)!
- Discard any remaining water and cool down the device before cleaning.
- The milk container and the cover should be cleaned with hot water adding fat soluble detergents.
- Afterwards these parts will be rinsed with pure water.
- The pasteuriser shall be cleaned only with wet duster and afterwards dried with dry duster.
- Do not use abrasive materials to avoid scratches.
CAUTION: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD THE PASTEURISER BE SUBMERGED IN WATER
