Apple Cider Hot Toddy

This particular version uses apple cider instead of water that is in the classic toddy.

The spices in the apple cider pair perfectly with the flavour notes in the bourbon.

This is an easy cocktail to prepare any night of the week as it only takes three steps to make!

Ingredients

• 45ml bourbon
• 15ml honey syrup
• 60ml warm apple cider
• Garnish: Apple fan

Method

Add ingredients into a mixing glass.

Stir to combine.

Strain into a glass with a handle.

Garnish with an apple fan, using a cocktail stick to hold the apple together and balance it on the glass.
