The Easy Capper screw capper is a two headed Roll Over Pilfer Proof (R.O.P.P) capper designed to thread and seal aluminium caps onto rigid containers. High performance, easy to use capper that is ideal for those taking their first steps in the world of wine and oil bottling. A simple movement of the arm activates the mechanisms that makes the thread to the caps.

Energy Saving: The Easy Capper is equipped with a 24V low voltage electric motor with a minimum current consumption in the working cycles.

Versatile: The Easy Capper can be adjusted for an assortment of container heights and shapes, and is primarily designed for batch or medium run production of closures on wine, spirits, oils and vinegars or other non-carbonated beverages.

Oil Head: suitable for closure of aluminium alloy caps with size 31.5 x 24 mm.

Note: Capping heads are made specific to each size of cap. It is important to use the correct machine for your product. We ask for a sample (2 bottles with 50 caps) to test the machine compatibility.
