The COLOMBO® FILTRO PULCINO® Filter is a compact, high‑performance filtration system with an integrated NOVAX alloy electric pump with is corrosion-resistant. It is designed specifically for extra‑virgin olive oil, while remaining fully suitable for filtering a wide range of liquid food products such as wine, cider, beer, infusions, and water.

Its built‑in electric pump, high‑quality PVC filter plates, and compact steel chassis make it ideal for small producers, farms, home olive‑oil makers, craft beverage creators and laboratories for any situation where drinks need to be filtered before serving or bottling to achieve a perfectly clear, residue‑free result.

The unit can house up to 10 filter sheets between 11 high‑quality PVC filter plates. While it can operate with fewer sheets, this will reduce the filtration rate. When fully equipped, the filter can process up to 150 litres per hour.

The NOVAX alloy pump is self priming and suitable for transferring a wide range of non‑abrasive and non‑corrosive liquids, including:

• Wine, beer, and cider
• Water
• Milk and vinegar
• Oil
• Neutral liquid detergents
• Diesel

The pump can also be disconnected from the filter and used as a standard liquid transfer pump.

Maintenance is simple and minimal. After use, flush the pump with clean water to rinse internal surfaces. The electric motor requires no lubrication or servicing, and the exterior can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge and dried with a cloth.
