The COLOMBO® FILTRO PULCINO® Filter is a compact, high‑performance filtration system with an integrated bronze electric pump. It is a versatile system designed for filtering wine, cider, beer and other food‑grade liquids. Built around Rover’s pressed‑layer liquid filtration system, it delivers exceptional clarity while maintaining the natural characteristics of the liquid being processed. The Pulcino 10 is widely used by home winemakers, small producers, and craft beverage makers thanks to its reliability, ease of use, and low maintenance requirements.

The unit can house up to 10 filter sheets (20 x 10 cm) between 11 high‑quality PVC filter plates. While it can operate with fewer sheets, this will reduce the filtration rate. When fully equipped, the filter can process up to 160 litres per hour.

The pump is self priming and suitable for transferring a wide range of non‑abrasive and non‑corrosive liquids, including:

  • Wine, beer, and cider
  • Water
  • Milk and vinegar
  • Low viscosity oils
  • Neutral liquid detergents
  • Diesel

The pump can also be disconnected from the filter and used as a standard liquid transfer pump.

Maintenance is simple and minimal. After use, flush the pump with clean water to rinse internal surfaces. The electric motor requires no lubrication or servicing, and the exterior can be cleaned with a slightly damp sponge and dried with a cloth.
