Pupitre bottle rack made of solid spruce wood. Intended for remuage of wine and champagne; whereby the bottles are turned by a few degrees each day to allow secondary fermentation to occur. This is part of the traditional Champagne method of wine and cider production.
Aside from this, these racks are the perfect addition to a wine cellar and can be used to display bottles decoratively. Stores up to 120 bottles.
