Hydropresses

The hydropress is ingeniously simple yet effective. It uses a mains water supply to inflate a bladder that exerts pressure on your fruit and presses it from the inside outward. This method of juice extraction provides an unrivalled yield (up to 80% by weight depending on the ripeness and quality of your fruit!). The juice produced is of incredible quality too as the distance it has to flow between being pressed and being stored is very small, so the vitamins and nutrients are preserved.
