An easy to use tool for swiftly and cleanly de-stoning plums and cherries.
The de-stoner has one small and one large cup on either side of a central shaft. Plum stones are cut out by a sharp, four-pronged stainless steel cutter whilst cherry stones are punched out by a robust pronged plastic rod. This neat tool speeds up the preparation of fruit for cooking, freezing, bottling, jam making and drying. It is safe to use and much easier than wielding a sharp knife. With a little practice, de-stoning can become a very quick procedure. The stable base has 4 rubber pads on each corner to prevent slipping whilst in use. Made from food-grade materials throughout.
