This manual grape crusher from Grifo in Italy is the largest model in their manual range. It is designed specifically for use with grapes and for wine making, featuring adjustable nylon rollers and a stainless steel mixer that gently break the grape skins and allow for the maximum amount of juice to be extracted from them when pressing. All screws and gears are stainless steel and the support is enamelled steel.

Operation is simple via the hand wheel and Grifo claim an hourly output of between 500 and 800kg (this is fruit and operator dependent of course).
