Semi automatic table top screw capper. High-Tech Screw-capping performance .

The Gear-Motor driven semi-automatic bench mounted Screw Capping machine uses a descending mechanical head to apply screw cap closures to bottles. It is ideal for small scale production runs set for 28mm ROPP caps

Screw capping head with 4 rollers – 2 seaming and 2 threading – for high quality screwcaps processing. Head made of stainless steel. 

The cap is positioned manually on the bottle. The bottle is then placed on the plate. The capping head then automatically first pushes the cap down into the bottle’s neck and then threads and seals the screwcap.
Suitable for different standard bottle formats.
