Important - Disconnect mill from electric supply
Remove screw at rear of hopper where it joins the base. Remove the hopper - pulling towards the rear at an upward angle. Clean the hopper.
If required undo large thumbscrew on top of the blade and remove upwards for complete cleaning. Or simply clean the chute and blades with fresh water. Be careful not to touch the blades when hopper has been removed.
Store in a dry place.
