Variable capacity stainless steel tanks from Speidel, complete with an immersion heater. There are 3 sizes available; 65, 110 and 220 litres, so you can scale to the size of your operation.

Powerful Speidel flat immersion heater. Can heat freshly pressed fruit juice to 85-90°C and can be stored in the same container without decanting it.
