Fermentation and Storage

A 5 litre PET plastic demijohn, complete with a cap and grommet. These are a perfect low cost solution for fermenting smaller batches of wine or cider.

Cylindric conical fermentation tank FD-ZKG has a cone-shaped funnel mounted underneath its cylindrical shape. This allows the yeast to settle down during the fermentation process and be easily removed afterwards. Even viscous fluids can be completely  drained very simply.
